Materials and workmanship is warrantied for 30 days from date of Delivery. 

If the product is damaged during shipment, you must notify Laser NUG within 2 days of receipt, to arrange return of the goods. Upon confirmation, Laser NUG will repair or replace the damaged good(s).

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the product back to Laser NUG.

We recommend using a service that can provide you with a tracking number.
